Former VP Walter Mondale to Appear on CNN’s Late Edition with Wolf Blitzer

Former Vice President Walter Mondale will appear on the Sunday, April 15, edition of CNN’s Late Edition with Wolf Blitzer. In an exclusive, wide-ranging interview, Mondale will discuss the war in Iraq, the struggle between Congress and President George W. Bush over troop funding and the race to the White House for 2008.

Also joining anchor Wolf Blitzer will be Sen. Jon Kyl (R-Ariz.) and Sen. Jim Webb (D-Va.), who will discuss the threat of a nuclear Iran and the continuing conflict in Iraq. Additionally, Richard Perle, resident fellow at the American Enterprise Institute and former member of the Defense Policy Board, will weigh in on the fight for Iraq and the threat of Iran.

CNN’s Late Edition with Wolf Blitzer airs Sundays from 11 a.m.-1 p.m. (ET). Linda Roth is the executive producer of the program.
